Decent guy would recommend

I rang James to view a couple of cars for my son , he was at his site within 10 minutes and taking the cars for a test drive was no problem , decided on a car which James was more than happy to deliver to my home a few miles away, a decent honest person who I would not hesitate to recommend! If in the future I need another car I would call on James first !!

Went there to see a Kia Carens. The car’s price is right for the condition, has no headache. As promised on the photos and description. The cars are in good-great quality, it has been detailed as well. James is very professional, he was not pushy, he is in one word “a gentleman”. Drive the car to lake district after a few days, not a problem! Thanks James!!! Btw, i had the car check the day i bought it in two garage, my main one and a back up one. Both gave good reviews on the car. There was a single wheel well missing and james provided it in a swift manner.

Initially a wee bit apprehensive purchasing a car online ( without viewing the car at the garage ) James sent a video of the car , responded without delay to any questions/ queries that I had. The car arrived in mint condition inside & out as documented in the advertisement. A positive experience all round. Thank You James !

Best experience of buying a used car !

After being involved in a nasty accident which was not my fault , I had the task of finding another car . I looked on auto trader and found the amazing reviews for jj Autocentre. And newly listed was just the car I wanted . James was so helpful , quick and efficient and held the car for me until I could manage the 104 mile journey to get it . I got trains and tubes and James liased with me throughout the journey and also picked me up from the station to take me to the dealership . Reassured me about what the car had done and was friendly , efficient and even came with me for the test drive . Would highly recommend for choice of vehicles , and definitely for amazing customer service . A real personal touch .

Just bought a red Chevy Trax from James. Lovely chap - friendly and professional. He was happy to let me and my mother take the car for a spin and by the time I returned, I was in love :) . Clean and tidy, fun, great spec and sold for a very fair price indeed. DVLA notified and tax sorted by James in a matter of minutes; couldn't have been easier. Definitely a recommend from me!

Bought a lovely VW polo from JJ auto centre. James was very communicative and easy to deal with. I was worried when a part needed fixing shortly after purchasing the car, however, the warranty provider (Bluechip) was extremely easy to deal with and covered the cost of repair.

Great, Smooth Service

James was very helpful and gave a lot of support when I was looking at a car. He helped with the entire process and was very prompt with this which made it a smoother experience. The car is great quality, really clean and almost felt brand new, and I’m glad I decided to buy from James as the entire service has been great!

A pleasure to deal with

I’m going to write a review trying not to blow too much smoke up James’s backside. Saw the Jag XKR on auto trader & put a refundable £99 deposit on it. The next day James texted to say it was still available and when did I want to view it. I explained I was in Manchester and would be getting the train down & he offered to pick me up from the station. I instantly fell in love with the car & took it for a test drive. Did a deal with James & drove the car back to Manchester the next day. What a pleasure that was. However, a couple of days later tried to start the car & the battery was flat. A mechanic friend told me it needed a new battery so I texted James to ask if he’d had any trouble with it. He said no & to my surprise he offered to contribute to a new one. All sorted & car running like a dream. I cannot express enough in writing how easy & honest James is to deal with. All in all a pleasant experience 👍
